GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please find attached booking Terms and Conditions; please read them at your earliest convenience.

● Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in time is 2:00 PM while check-out time is STRICTLY 12:00 PM to ensure preparation for our next special guest. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

● Noise and Disturbance Policies:
Please refrain from loud parties or disruptive behavior that may disturb fellow guests. Noise levels above normal casual talk may be disturbing to other guests. If a noise complaint is received from another hotel guest, you may be charged the full cost of the other party’s room. Please respect the privacy of others in the hotel.

● Smoking and Vaping Policies:
We have strict non-smoking policy in rooms, corridors and common areas; this includes Vaping and e-cigarette. A Designated smoking area (for cigarettes and cigars) is available at the rooftop bar. Smoking in any undesignated area will attract a $2,000 charge. Smoking of marijuana is Highly prohibited anywhere on the premises. NO DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISE

● Dress code
To ensure a comfortable and respectful atmosphere in our dining areas, we kindly ask that you consider choosing attires that aligns with the refined setting. Your understanding is highly valued. “Appropriate footwear is also requested.

● Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises. Only medically required guide dogs are permitted.

● Maximum Occupancy and Visitors:
Room occupancy limits depend on the room type and information given at booking. A maximum number of two visitors are allowed to a room at any given time.

● Photography:
We encourage you to capture memorable moments during your stay. However, to respect the privacy of other guests, we kindly request that you refrain from professional photography/videography in public areas such as the lobby, reception etc.

● Refund Policy:
Refunds are only payable if cancellation is made 48 hours before the date of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations Policy:
Reservations cancelled, amended or altered at the commencement or during occupation do not qualify for any refund.
Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will not be entitled to any refund.
● Children Policy:
Children aged 12 years and younger (maximum two children per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Bed Only basis if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate (including extra meals in the case of 2 or more children occupying the room). Rooms to accommodate families with children are subject to availability.
● Final Payment Policy:
Bookings are required to be paid, in full, 48 hours prior to arrival.
● Forms of Payment:
Payment is accepted by cash (for only foreign USD $, Euro € and GBP £) Visa, MasterCard or Direct Debit online using the provided link. Please use your reservation number as a reference when paying by Bank Transfer.
● Groups/Special Offers:
Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings or bookings made under a special offer.
● Damages/losses Policy:
All registered guests will be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures and all fittings in the room.

● Rates / Prices Policy:
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice.
Room/Suite prices are based on single occupancy.
Additional costs are applicable for additional person(s).
All prices are subject to seasonal and other variations (e.g. events, long weekends and school holidays).
