Position: Accountant

Location: Flexible (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to identify discrepancies and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve financial issues and support business objectives.
• Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Assist with audits and provide support to auditors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
